Section 31
Power To Make Procedures And Directives
(1) The Government of Nepal, Provincial Government and Local Level may make necessary procedures or directives subject to this Act and the Rules framed under this Act.
(2) The procedures or directives made pursuant to sub-section (1) shall have to be made public.
